Our Approach

Making a positive impact on the world needs focus and dedication. At Mondelēz International, we’re guided by our Purpose to empower people to snack right. We use a scientific assessment of our environmental footprint, as well as insights from consumers and stakeholders, as the basis for our programming, ensuring that we focus where we can have the greatest impact. As we deliver, we measure our progress, and more importantly the positive change we are making. Aligning with frameworks such as the UN's gives external validation to our programs and greater transparency on what we stand for.

Goals and Progress

As we near the completion of our 2020 goal cycle, we have achieved or exceeded the milestones we set for ourselves. Our attention is now focused on our 2025 targets, against which we are successfully starting to work with programs that cross sustainability, human rights, and consumer nutrition.
